LUPO by Wolfgang Puck Welcomes Return of Sip & Savor, a Signature Food & Wine Affair Feb. 12

 will welcome the return of its signature philanthropic wine and food event, Sip & Savor, to Lupo by Wolfgang Puck inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on Tuesday, Feb. 12 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. 

Hosted by Chef Wolfgang Puck, the unforgettable evening will offer a distinguished selection of Italian food and drinks, along with Italian-inspired music and entertainment, in an effort to increase awareness and raise funds for Keep Memory Alive supporting Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

Inspired by an Italian street fair, Sip & Savor will bring together a collection of Vegas’ favorite restaurants and chefs as they serve up specialty dishes throughout the night. Leading the dine-around experience and live-action stations are acclaimed chefs Dustin Lewandowski (Wolfgang Puck Corporate Chef Las Vegas), Kamel Guechida (Wolfgang Puck Corporate Pastry Chef), Matt Hurley (Executive Chef of CUT Las Vegas at Palazzo), Dylan Hallas (Executive Chef of Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand), Vincenzo Scarmiglia (Executive Chef of Cucina), Shawn Giordano (Executive Chef of LUPO at Mandalay Bay), and Mark Andelbradt (Executive Chef of Spago Las Vegas at Bellagio).

Each section of LUPO will serve a surprising array of fresh and made-to-order dishes, including handmade breads, pastas and pizzas (which will be demonstrated); a Suckling Pig, seafood risotto and basil pesto action stations; fresh mozzarella; and a garden bar with farmer’s market pickled vegetables and crisp salads. A cannoli, Italian ice, and gelato bar will top off the decadent affair alongside fresh-baked pastries, granita and Italian nougat.

Guests also may indulge in a selection of fine wines from more than 20 wineries, a Negroni bar with an interactive ice lounge hosted by Campari; an Amora tasting bar, house-made Limoncello and much more.

With tickets starting at $175 for general admission and $225 for VIP — which includes early entry to the event, a meet and greet with Wolfgang Puck, and more — Sip & Savor will be an unforgettable affair as chefs, guests, and food aficionados come together to raise funds and support Keep Memory Alive.
