The warmer weather brings new flavors to Sharky’s Modern Mexican Kitchen with the debut of four new menu items. Continuing their commitment to serving clean ingredients, Sharky’s new dishes feature popular ingredients from their taco menu including guajillo-braised pork and “chorizo-spiced” roasted cauliflower and mushrooms now highlighted in new recipes for a delicious, expanded menu (Pictured: Sharkys Roasted Pear and Apple Salad).
All four new menu items are now available at the Blue Diamond location.
Hungry guests can dig into the Ranchero Pork Nachos compiled of homemade chips tossed with guajillo-braised pork and ranchero sauce, then topped with cheese, guacamole, queso fresco, cilantro and chipotle crema; or get their hands around the Chicken Tinga Burrito made with chipotle-braised chicken thighs, Mexican rice, black beans, avocado salsa and finished with Sharky’s housemade chipotle citrus slaw, all wrapped in an organic flour tortilla. Vegetarians and meat-eaters alike will enjoy the flavor-packed Spinach, Mushroom & Cauliflower Quesadilla, a toasted flour tortilla filled with “chorizo-spiced” organic cauliflower, fresh organic spinach, mushrooms and cheese, served with pickled onions, arbol salsa, sour cream and sliced jalapenos. Those looking for some healthy simplicity will be delighted with the Guajillo-braised Pork & Quinoa Bowl made with organic quinoa with veggies, black beans, fresh avocado, pickled red onions and arbol salsa, and topped with chopped cilantro, pepitas and queso fresco.
