A milestone celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Woodstock and his iconic hit parade with Creedence Clearwater Revival, “My 50 Year Trip” features a collection of Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR) songs, including the original set list from Fogerty’s performance at Woodstock in 1969. Accompanied by his nine-piece band, Fogerty began the performance with “Born On The Bayou,” followed by other fan favorites such as “Green River” and “Lookin’ Out My Back Door.” During a performance of “Susie Q,” dancers in ‘60s-inspired attire danced through the aisles as faux flowers fell from the ceiling.
The performance showcased vintage photography from the Woodstock music festival as well as images of Fogerty from the ‘60s era. In addition, Fogerty performed on his “Acme” guitar, which he originally used at the iconic Woodstock performance.
Fogerty will return to the stage with back-to-back performances this Friday, April 12 and Saturday, April 13 at 8 p.m., with additional performances April 17-20. For tickets or more information, visit WynnLasVegas.com.
