Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is raising a stein to active and retired military this Memorial Day. On Monday, May 27, the iconic beer hall and garden will offer up an assortment of backyard barbecue-inspired specialty dishes served alongside refreshing Hofbräu brews.
In honor of the holiday, active and retired military will receive a 20% discount with valid identification.
As a starter, enjoy a hearty and refreshing wedge salad served with red onion rings, bacon bits, chopped eggs, cherry tomatoes and a Bavarian blue cheese dressing. For a main course, indulge in a specialty dish of ribs and smoked brats featuring barbecue baby back ribs and a smoked jalapeno-cheddar brat with generous portions of homemade coleslaw, corn on the cob, seasoned potato wedges garnished with bacon and barbecue sauce on the side.
To compliment the meal, sip on a stein of seasonal Hofbräu Maibock, one of Munich’s oldest beers and also one of its strongest at 7.2% alcohol by volume.
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays until midnight. To make a reservation, please call 702.853.BEER (2337) or visit HofbrauhausLasVegas.com.
