Pink Taco, the mega-hip Mexican cantina at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, will join Three Square’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week lineup, June 17-28. For the 13th consecutive year, Las Vegas Restaurant Week unites the city’s world-class food scene with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Three Square, Southern Nevada’s only food bank. Three Square’s mission is to end hunger in Southern Nevada and since 2007, approximately 4.8 million meals have been provided as a result of Restaurant Week.
Chef Bradley Manchester, executive chef of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, has curated the specialty prix fixe menu, featuring Pink Taco’s most popular dishes. The special menu is available for $40 per guest.
- First Course (select one): Tostada de Marisco shrimp, white fish and octopus ceviche, cucumber, avocado, pico de gallo, chipotle crema on a crispy corn tortilla; or Mexican Wedge Salad charred romaine, heirloom tomato, radish, queso fresco and pickled red onion.
- Second Course (select one): Chili Rubbed Halibut topped with lemon cilantro sauce and served with garlic spinach and potato and chorizo hash; or Surf & Turf marinated skirt steak, spiced-rubbed Mexican white shrimp, cheese and tomatillo enchilada, topped with guacamole and served with borracho beans.
- Final Course: White Chocolate Flan Cheesecake served with fresh berries and salted caramel.
