Vegan Bliss, a new 100% plant-based restaurant, opened in Northwest Las Vegas (6410 N. Durango) serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
Vegan Bliss offers a wide variety of eats from breakfast burritos (loaded with no sausage, potatoes, onions, bell peppers, spinach and tofu), healthy smoothies, salads, fresh veggies, sandwiches. The all-day breakfast menu, includes nutritious Breakfast Roll Ups, Pancake Bites and Banana Bread Bites French Toast Style, topped with bananas and walnuts and served with real maple syrup.
Priced from $10 and up, the custom burgers such as the Impossible Burger, the Cha Cha and the Bleu Moon, use Dr. Praegers, Beyond and Veggie Patties. The popular, Shakin’ Bae-con variety is made with no bacon, and topped with gooey cheddar, grilled onion, spinach, guac, mayo and BBQ sauce. Sea Salt, Rosemary and Bliss fries are the ideal complement to each main course.
“Vegan Bliss is here to offer an alternative eatery of 100% plant based food for everyone,” says Kim Wescott, owner of Vegan Bliss. “One of our customer favorites is the Triple Threat, a spicy BLT burger with grilled onions and mushrooms, jalapenos, mozzarella with secret sauce on a sesame bun. It’s a must try!”
Some of the non-burger dishes include: The Knockout (pulled no-pork dripped in BBQ sauce), Tacos, made with no pork or no beef crumbles and topped with pico and guacamole, Buffalo Bites, and the flavorful, Bomb-Samic Strawberry Salad.
The blissful menu features something for everyone, including a kid’s menu, with both chicken nuggets, and burger combo, as well as delicious desserts such as milkshakes and smoothies.
The trendy restaurant partners with the vegan community, such as local plant-based meat, No Butcher, and Desert Produce and Almond Milk Creamery.
