In celebration of fall holidays, Carmine’s Italian Restaurant at The Forum Shoppes and Virgil’s Real Barbecue at The LINQ Promenade are offering up an assortment of not-to-miss seasonal specials.
National Pasta Month at Carmine’s (October)
Carmine’s Italian Restaurant at The Forum Shoppes is already known for massive, family-style portions, but in celebration of October’s National Pasta Month a new Spaghetti Special takes enormous to a new level. Designed to feed groups of 8-10, the special features FIVE pounds of spaghetti served with a gallon of sauce – choose between marinara, pomodoro, bolognese or vodka. The special will be available throughout October for $150.
Thanksgiving at Carmine’s
Carmine’s Italian Restaurant at The Forum Shoppes will offer a traditional Thanksgiving meal serving 6-8 people, available in the restaurant or to-go for $259. Included in the meal:
- one 18 lb. smoke turkey with sausage and sage stuffing
- homemade cranberry sauce
- brussels sprouts with caramelized onions and applewood smoked bacon
- sautéed string beans with julienned red peppers and toasted hazelnuts
- baby carrots with fresh dill
- sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows and maple syrup
- mashed potatoes with giblet gravy
Thanksgiving at Virgil’s

Virgil’s Real Barbecue at The LINQ Promenade will offer a Thanksgiving feast available in the restaurant or to go ($249). Serving eight people, the meal includes:
- one 18 lb. smoked turkey with giblet gravy
- mashed potatoes
- cornbread, sausage and pecan stuffing
- sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows
- homemade cranberry sauce
- candied brussels sprouts with pecans and applewood smoked bacon
- creole green beans
- buttermilk biscuits

Virgil’s will also serve a plated version in the restaurant on Thanksgiving for $34.95.
Both Carmine’s and Virgil’s will have pumpkin and apple pies for $20 each.
