Continuing their 30th Anniversary celebration, Pasta Shop Ristorante & Art Gallery has debuted a new item for their fall menu. Evoking the colors of the season, the Rainbow Pasta is a combination of four fresh house made pastas using turmeric, tomato, beet and spinach to add color and light flavor. They are served in a sauce of olive oil, capers and lemon with roasted cherry tomatoes ($18.95). The dish is vegan unless guests choose to add tiger shrimp or scallops at an additional charge.
“My daughter Bianca was inspired to create the dish based on her travels, and collaborated with Chef Eddie on the recipe,” said Owner/Co-creator Ann Alenik. “She wanted to create something fun and exciting for her fellow vegans, and everyone, to enjoy.”
Available for dinner nightly, the Rainbow Pasta noodles will also be available for purchase to take home and create your own unique dish.
