Complete with caviar, truffles and champagne, Morton Group’s La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will ring in 2020 with a decadent, five-course New Year’s Eve dinner, available exclusively on Tuesday, Dec. 31 (Photo credit: Jeff Green).
Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, the first course will be ahi tuna and hamachi crudo, served with pickled cucumber and truffle ponzu. The second course will feature hakkaido sea scallops, osetra caviar and meyer lemon burre blanc. Long Island crispy duck breast with fennel pollen and port cherries will be served as the third course. The fourth course, Colorado rack of lamb, will be served with sweet pea puree and hasselback potatoes. Dinner will end on a sweet note with a chef’s selections of desserts. The five-course dinner is priced at $175 per person, with sommelier-selected wine pairings available for an additional $75, excluding tax and gratuity.
