Sixteen has never been sweeter and Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is ready to celebrate! The iconic beer hall and garden will commemorate the momentous occasion with the largest celebrity keg tapping in its 16-year history, along with a special menu and a cake cutting for guests to enjoy on Friday, Jan. 31 at 7 p.m.
The Queen of Vegas, Frank Marino, who was recently announced as the permanent emcee of the long-running Legends In Concert at Tropicana Las Vegas, will serve as the event’s official Bürgermeister, or Master of Ceremonies, leading a procession of stars from fan-favorite Las Vegas shows including Chippendales, FANTASY, Thunder From Down Under, X Burlesque, X Country and X Rocks, before tapping the first keg of the venue’s venerated seasonal dark wheat beer.
A special menu of festive fare will be available and include Gulaschsuppe, a homemade beef goulash soup garnished with sour cream and chives; Rinderrouladen, a braised beef roll with bacon, onions and pickles and served with red wine sauce, homemade spätzle and red cabbage; Frische Schweinshaxen, a crispy pork shank served with a green cabbage and bacon salad, a bread dumpling and HB dark beer sauce; and, a dessert assortment featuring the restaurant’s most famous sweet treats from its 16-year history.
Guests in attendance can enjoy complimentary cake, while also savoring the establishment’s acclaimed beers. From its signature full-bodied, bottom-fermented Lager to refreshing Hefe Weizen and rich Dunkel, all Hofbräu beers are imported directly from Munich and brewed according to the 500-year-old Purity Law of 1516, which gives the perfect flavor to every sip.
