Billy Amendola and May Pang Visit Saxe Theater to See BeatleShow
On Thursday, October 11, drummer and associate editor of Modern Drummer, Billy Amendola, stopped by the Saxe Theater to see BeatleShow! (Pictured: Billy Amendola and May Pang with BeatleShow’s Bobby Taylor).

Amendola met with BeatleShow! drummer Bobby Taylor who performs in the role of Ringo Starr, and posed for photos by the BeatleShow! drum kit. In addition to his work with Modern Drummer, Amendola is known for playing drums on chart-topping hits from funk/dance band Mantus and Debbie Gibson’s smash hits “Only In My Dreams” and “Shake Your Love.”

Amendola enjoyed the show along with family and friends, including May Pang, who was a companion of John Lennon and influential in his solo recording career, particularly his album “Walls and Bridges” for which she was awarded an RIAA Gold Album Award for her contributions.
