Ferraro’s Introduces Next Summer Regional Menu Spotlighting Lazio Region, June 15 – June 27

The next stop on Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar’s Summer Regional Menu Series spotlights Lazio—a central Italian region known for its principal city, Rome, Italy’s capital and the heart of the ancient Roman Empire—and launches June 15 continuing through June 27.

The menu will be offered every day of the week.  Ferraro’s popular series, now in its third year, offers a way to travel the flavors of Italy without leaving Las Vegas. This changing rotation of prix fixe menus inspired by Italy’s most renowned culinary regions includes four courses for a superb summertime value of $49 per person.

To complement the regional menus, Ferraro’s also currently offers 50 percent off select bottles of wine for locals with Nevada ID.

Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar also relaunches its popular late-night Mezzanotte menu available to guests from 10 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. daily. Guests can enjoy a menu of small plates offered in the lounge and on the al fresco patio. The after-hours menu is perfect following a long day of playing on the Strip and boasts signature Ferraro’s dishes created by award-winning executive chef Francesco Di Caudo. Guests will select from the menu items below, offered at a reduced price:

APPETIZERS
Salsiccia Calabrese – Grilled homemade spicy sausage, roasted shallot marmalade, trumpet mushroom, sautéed rapini
Carpaccio d Manzo – Thinly sliced prime sirloin, arugula salad, shaved parmigiano Reggiano cheese, truffle oil
Bufala e Prosciutto – Fresh imported italian Buffalo mozzarella, San Daniele Prosciutto

As an extra late-night treat, guests are encouraged to pair their meal with their favorite wines for 50 percent off (excluding red-marked collections). In addition, specialty drinks and a la carte dishes on the Mezzanotte menu are all offered at 25 percent off the regular price.
