JING Las Vegas to Host First-Ever Wine Dinner On September 8

JING Las Vegas located at Downtown Summerlin is hosting their first-ever wine dinner featuring pairings from Kanpai Wines: a family-owned winery in the heart of the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley.

To kick off the evening, guests will gather in JING’s stylish main dining room to savor a five-course, Asian fusion inspired dinner. Pairings include a Yellowtail Serrano accompanied by a “Hi No Tori” Rosé, fresh Diver Scallops paired with a “Aki No Mori” Chardonnay, a Peking Duck Tostada paired with “Mizu No Oto” Pinot Noir and a New York Steak paired with a “Hi No Tori” Cabernet Sauvignon.

The experience is finished off with a selection of Chef’s Specialty Desserts paired with an exclusive Late Harvest Viognier produced by Kanpai winemaker Steve Matthiasson. Only three cases of the Viognier were produced, and JING has successfully procured all three for the evening.

When: Tuesday, September 8 at 6:00 p.m.

Where: JING Las Vegas, 10975 Oval Park Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135

Tickets: Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased in advance by calling (725) 735-7172.
