Shoot Las Vegas Emerges From Quarantine As Adrenaline Mountain, Extreme Adventure Park

Previously known as Shoot Las Vegas, Adrenaline Mountain is an extreme outdoor entertainment complex offering a variety of heart-pumping activities all in one place. Guests can off-road in souped-up UTVs, shoot machine guns or archery, crush or blow up a car, throw axes, drive the world’s longest monster truck, dig with earthmovers, and even get married.

Located just a 30-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip, Adrenaline Mountain is the ideal destination to spend a day getting an adrenaline rush with a quarantine crew, host corporate retreats, or celebrate bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Founder and CEO Eric Brashear recognized the demand for more than just shooting and thought big, even during the pandemic. He acquired 300 acres of natural desert canyon next to his Shoot Las Vegas property, now the home of Adrenaline Mountain. With more exciting and thrill-inducing activities on the horizon, Brashear plans to debut Las Vegas’s longest single-span zipline, miles of custom off-roading trails, and helicopter tours by the end of next year.

“After years of operating Shoot Las Vegas, I realized it could be much more than just shooting,” said Brashear. “I’m always looking to provide unique, one-of-a-kind experiences for my guests and be a one-stop-shop for any and all adrenaline needs.”

Adrenaline Mountain’s current attractions:

Shooting Range
With over 80 guns to choose from, Adrenaline Mountain boasts the second-largest gun collection in Las Vegas. Shoot machine guns, handguns, sniper rifles, and Western guns at steel targets 25-500 yards away from the comfort of a climate-controlled shooting house. Packages range from three to 21 guns with options to shoot like the stars with firearms featured in iconic films including “Rambo,” “Scarface” and “Pulp Fiction.” With capabilities to blow up a car or shoot at exploding targets, there is no outdoor range like it in the region.

Off-Roading Tours
Get behind the wheel of a four-seater Honda Talon, equipped with fox live valve suspension, and venture out on custom-made, private trails through the desert. Unlike other off-roading companies, every vehicle in Adrenaline Mountain’s fleet comes with full-face helmets with intercoms for guests to easily communicate with their group even from different vehicles. The helmets have air pumps to filter fresh air into your helmet and provide a cooling effect similar to air conditioning. Each UTV is equipped with cell phone holders, rear and side-view mirrors, a half windshield, and Bluetooth capability, ensuring a great ride is in store.

Drive a Monster Truck or HEMTT
Embrace your inner Grave Digger in the world’s longest monster truck, measuring in at 35.5 feet long and nicknamed “Big Guns” from its years of touring the monster truck circuit. This isn’t the supercharged kind of truck seen at Monster Jam, so it won’t pop wheels or get air, but simply driving, doing donuts, and crab crawling is thrilling enough. If that’s not large enough, choose to get behind the wheel of a Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) featured in “Planet of the Apes.”

Archery and Axe Throwing
Take your best shot at the targets from varying distances and aim carefully. The full selection includes standard, compound, and crossbows along with a plethora of knives, axes, and tomahawks. Keep the fun going by adding either one of these to a shooting or off-roading package.

Digging With Earthmovers and Crushing Cars
Operate heavy construction equipment that will make the earth move. Destroy or move anything in your path behind the controls of a CAT 320 hydraulic excavator that can pick up, drop, crush, or roll right over a car, leaving a pile of rubble. Not only is it the perfect tool for pulverizing cars, but it also has enough power to dig up a big piece of the desert floor.

Events and Shotgun Weddings
Adrenaline Mountain offers multiple event spaces on-site including a small amphitheater, tented reception area equipped with fire pits, and sprawling outdoor spaces, including a 20,000-square-foot plateau situated on the historic Yellow Pine Mine. An outdoor desert chapel provides a unique backdrop for “shotgun weddings” or other extreme theme weddings. RVs are available to rent for parties looking to extend the fun into the wee hours of the night.

Adrenaline Mountain is open 365 days a year from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (night tours and camping times vary). To book and find out more, visit adrenalinemountain.com. Follow Adrenaline Mountain on Facebook and Instagram.
