With a menu curated by Chef John Alers, The Front Yard’s new Executive Chef, previously of Holsteins Shakes and Buns and Flour & Barley, restaurant goers can savor contemporary game-day fare, including both Ellis Island favorites along with elevated takes on brunch classics.
Built to share, The Front Yard’s new brunch menu offers sweet eats like the French Toast Waffle and the Stuffed Crunch Toast, savory bites like the Brisket Benedict, and brunch staples with a twist like the Avocado Toast with a beet glaze.
Accompanying the brunch menu, The Front Yard also serves up an extensive beverage list. For the beer lover, six of the brewery’s staple beers are on tap, along with an additional seven varieties only available at The Front Yard. Intense Bloody Marys; Bottomless Mimosas; All Day Rosé packages; Sangria, served by glass or fishbowl; and a full bar also are featured during weekend brunch.
“I take a lot of pride in this menu as I feel that it’s both innovative and fresh while having options that everyone can enjoy, said The Front Yard Executive Chef John Alers.“Brunch is such a fun occasion that brings people together, and I truly feel that this menu will provide a gastronomic experience like no other in Las Vegas.”
While the restaurant’s food and beverage options create an incredible experience for diners, The Front Yard’s space itself makes it even more memorable.
With a two-story indoor-outdoor setting and beer garden concept, the casual yet cool brewpub creates a light and airy atmosphere with retractable ceiling shades and expansive windows, offering unobstructed views of the Strip. While the light wood fixtures, exposed steel, and garden walls give an Insta-worthy aesthetic.
The Front Yard also offers great vantage points from either floor to watch the game on any of the HD TVs including the 18-foot big screen.
“We are so excited for the relaunch of brunch at The Front Yard,” said Director of Marketing Christina Ellis. “While COVID has severely limited the amount of experiences available for both locals and tourists, this brunch will provide everyone with something fun, unique, and delicious to do.”
Starting September 5, brunch will be offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday, as well as Mondays following holiday weekends. Ensuring that all COVID-19 measures and guidelines are met, The Front Yard offers socially distanced tables, partitions between all booth seating, and service for parties of up to six people.
