New Brunch at Carson Kitchen

Brunch lovers rejoice! Carson Kitchen’s Las Vegas location is adding Sunday brunch to their repertoire starting Sunday, Sept. 20. Brunch will be served every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in addition to their regular menu. The menu includes everything from sweet to savory with items including:

  • Oatmeal Brûlée ($10)  served with bourbon, smoked pecan, fruit compote, chantilly cream 
  • Avocado Toast ($12) served with pub cheese, sunny egg, and pancetta 
  • B.E.C. ($12) served with pork belly, easy egg, white cheddar, herb mayo, and arugula
  • Sopaipilla French Toast ($14) served with citrus mascarpone, berry compote, and Thai chili maple syrup
  • Spam Benedict ($15) served with fried green tomato, poached egg, and garlic herb hollandaise
  • Oxtail Hash ($12) served with potato, bell pepper, red wine demi, and a sunny egg
  • Egg White Frittata ($11) served with mushroom, red pepper coulis, and whipped goat cheese
  • Shrimp & Grits ($13) served with Fresno chile, cilantro, mint, shallot, and nuoc cham
  • Chicken & Waffle ($14) served with spiced mornay and a mac and cheese waffle

Brunch wouldn’t be complete without day drinking. Spend Sunday sipping on curated cocktails like The Dude Abides ($12) made with citrus vodka, almond milk, cold brew liqueur, and orange bitters or That’s My Jam ($12) which is your classic bloody mary made with bacon jam vodka and fresh lime.
