Station Casinos

Location: The Grand Cafes at Palace Station, Boulder Station, Sunset Station, Santa Fe Station, Red Rock Resort, Green Valley Ranch Resort; and The Brass Fork at Palace Station

Hours: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 26

Offering: Locals and visitors to Las Vegas can head to The Grande Cafes located at select Station Casinos properties to indulge in a traditional turkey dinner consisting of slow-roasted turkey served with cornbread stuffing, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and gravy, candied yams, green beans almondine, and cranberry sauce. For dessert, enjoy your choice of delicious pumpkin, apple or pecan pie for dessert.

Offering: Guests are invited to head to the steakhouses located at Santa Fe Station, Palace Station, Boulder Station, and Sunset Station to experience a specialty Thanksgiving prix fixe menu or order items a la carte style and enjoy pumpkin crab bisque with King crab, bacon, chive and crème fraiche ($12), apple brined all-natural turkey with sage stuffing, mashed potato, giblet gravy, candy yams, green beans and cranberry sauce ($35); or prime rib with stuffing, mashed potato, giblet gravy, candy yams, green beans, au jus and creamy horseradish ($40) and finish off on a sweet note with sweet potato pie with marshmallow whip and cinnamon caramel ($7).

Cost: $50 forprix fixe meal featuring pumpkin crab bisque, apple brined all-natural turkey and sweet potato pie; $55 for prix fixe meal with pumpkin crab bisque, prime rib and sweet potato pie.

Location: T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa

Offering: T-Bones Chophouse located inside Red Rock Resort will be offering an a la carte menu this Thanksgiving Day that includes a delightful butternut squash soup with bourbon maple glazed seared foie gras, Marcona almonds and brown butter sage crème fraiche ($19); Diestel Farms organic free-range turkey with potato puree, roasted Brussels with smoked bacon, garlic sausage and cranberry stuffing ($55); and traditional pumpkin pie served with pecan pie ice cream ($14).

Offering: Those in the Henderson area are in for a treat at Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis inside Green Valley Ranch Resort with delicious items on the Thanksgiving a la carte menu, including roasted pumpkin soup with colossal crab, shaved black truffle and sage ($19); Diestel Farms organic free-range turkey with white and dark meat, sage gravy, truffle brioche stuffing, mashed potatoes, haricot verts and cranberry-apple relish ($55); John Dory en Papillote featuring Herbs de Provence, baby root vegetables and citrus butter ($56); and pecan pie with salted caramel ice cream and white chocolate sauce ($10) or pumpkin tort with brown butter vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce ($12).

Offering: The Oyster Bar locations at Sunset Station and Santa Fe Station are treating guests this Thanksgiving to a two-course traditional turkey dinner, which will feature slow-roasted turkey with cornbread stuffing, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and gravy, candied yams, green beans almondine, and cranberry sauce, and your choice of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie for dessert.

Location: Tides Seafood and Sushi Bar at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino

Hours: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 26

Offering: Tides at Green Valley Ranch Resort will feature a two-course traditional turkey dinner with oven-roasted turkey breast served with giblet gravy, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, cornbread stuffing, green beans, baby carrots, and cranberry sauce, and your choice of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie for dessert.

Location: Catering Department at Santa Fe Station

Hours: Pick-up is available Thursday, Nov. 26 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Offering: The Catering team at Santa Fe Station is offering Thanksgiving dinners to go, where each dinner can feed up to 10 guests and includes your choice of a whole roasted Tom turkey or honey glazed ham served with sage stuffing, baked yams with marshmallows, whipped potatoes, giblet gravy, green beans, waldorf salad, bread rolls with butter, corn bread and cranberry sauce. For dessert, guests will be treated with one apple pie and one pumpkin pie. Additional pies are available for $12 each. Guests must place their order by 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20.

Location: Catering Department at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino

Hours: Pick-up is available Thursday, Nov. 26 between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Offering: The Catering team at Green Valley Ranch Resort will be offering Thanksgiving dinners to go, where each dinner can feed up to 10 guests and includes your choice of a whole roasted Tom turkey or honey glazed ham served with fall harvest salad with cider vinaigrette, butternut squash bisque, cornbread stuffing, maple brown sugar sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, French green beans, bread rolls with butter, corn bread and cranberry sauce. For dessert, guests can take home one apple pie and one pumpkin pie. Additional pies are available for $12 each. Guests must place their order by 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20.

Offering: Buddy V’s located inside Grand Canal Shoppes will offer a Thanksgiving pre-fixed menu for dine-in or to go on Thursday, Nov. 26 consisting of roasted butternut squash soup with apple-squash compote, spiced pepitas and panna dolce ($12); slow roasted turkey breast with turkey sausage, pancetta-herb stuffing, sweet yams, cranberry relish and classic gravy ($30); pumpkin bundt cake with maple glaze and candied pecans for dessert ($12); and a bottle of prosecco ($20). A special wine pairing option for the holiday will also be available for an additional $20 per person.

Cost: $48 per person and $15.95 for kids under 10 years old.

Offering: CHICA at Grand Canal Shoppes will offer a traditional turkey feast on Thursday, Nov. 26 in addition to the regular brunch and dinner menus offered daily. The dine-in Thanksgiving menu includes a traditional turkey plate served with a Meyer lemon rotisserie turkey, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, giblet gravy

Offering: Experience Thanksgiving with an Italian twist at Canaletto with a special a la carte menu, or the menù a prezzo fisso (prix fixe menu) available at $51.95 for adults and $19.95 for children 12 years of age or under. Guests are invited to dine in the restaurant and can even book the private dining room to enjoy the holiday with their close friends or family. Offering: Join Smith & Wollensky Las Vegas in one of its large, socially distanced dining rooms this Thanksgiving Day and indulge in a three-course prix fix menu for $69 for adults and $35 for children under the age of 12. The regular dinner menu will also be available, and reservations are required. In addition, guests can take Smith & Wollensky home for Thanksgiving with a special to go menu that serves 4-6 guests for $295. Thanksgiving to go orders must be placed online at https://www.smithandwollensky.com/order-online/ by Saturday, Nov. 14 and can be picked up on Wednesday, Nov. 25.

  • Prix Fix Thanksgiving Menu:
  • Starters: your choice of roasted butternut squash soup served with mushrooms and leeks or mini iceberg wedge salad topped with bacon lardons and bleu cheese
  • Main Course: herb roasted turkey breast served with sausage and cornbread stuffing, cranberry relish and giblet gravy; brussels sprouts with bacon shallots and banyuls wine vinegar; potatoes au gratin with gruyere, cheddar and parmesan; and duck fat roasted root vegetables.

Offering: The Capital Grille at Fashion Show Las Vegas is inviting guests in to experience the chef’s exceptional turkey and classic sides, in addition to the regular dinner menu, on Thanksgiving Day or order the traditional side favorites for pickup between Monday, Nov. 23 and Wednesday, Nov. 25.
