Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant

Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar will celebrate Valentine’s Day on Sunday, Feb. 14 with dining and wine specials at its new location on Paradise Rd. across from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Ferraro’s is offering a four-course dinner special as well as the original menu. The special Valentine’s Day dinner will begin with a Primo Piatto (first course) of Spezzatino Ravioli (veal, pancetta, vegetables and red wine stuffed ravioli with butter sage sauce) and Risotto Aragosta (lobster and truffle risotto finished with Mascarpone cheese). The second course will be Insalata Burrata con Prosciutto e Rucola (fresh Mozzarella with a soft creamy buttery center served over a bed of Arugula and wrapped with imported Parma Prosciutto). The third course will be a choice of Osso Buco (veal shank simmered in a Barolo veal sauce) or Soglia a al Forno (fresh Dover sole). Dolce (dessert) will be served as the final course as a White Chocolate covered Vanilla Gelato Heart with a Strawberry Sorbet center. In addition, Founder Gino Ferraro and Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro will make a personalized visit to your table as part of your special night. The Valentine’s Day dinner is $85.00 per person or $115.00 when paired with wine.

Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar is located at 4480 Paradise Rd. on the corner of Paradise and Harmon, south of Flamingo. The restaurant will provide a new expanded menu and hours. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Happy Hour is on weekdays from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. in the lounge and bar. Dinner is served seven nights per week from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. Ferraro’s has a late night menu from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. featuring Antipastini small plate dishes.
