Eastside Cannery will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Wednesday, March 17 with a dining special at Snaps from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. The three-course menu for $14.99 per person will include many traditional Irish foods.
The first course will consist of a choice of Potato and Fresh Leek Soup or Traditional Irish Salad with Fresh Spring Greens, Boiled Egg, Sliced Beets, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Cornichon, Dijon and Apple Cider Vinaigrette. The main course will be a choice of Corned Beef Brisket featuring Tender Sliced Brisket, Steamed Cabbage, Buttered Red Bliss Potatoes and Braised Baby Cabbage or Irish Stew featuring Tender Braised Lamb with Celery, Carrots, Onions & Potatoes Served in a Warm Sourdough Bread Bowl. Dessert will be an Irish Cream Cheesecake with Irish Mist Whipped Cream.
