
It’s time to get your truffle on with Delmonico Steakhouse’s truffle inspired dishes. November 13-15, Chef de Cuisine Daniel Tederous is serving up the best way to celebrate this seasonal delicacy, truffles in eight different ways. The limited-time offerings include:
- Scallop Crudo served with hearts of palm, micro arugula, winter citrus, basil oil, and white truffles ($35)
- French escargot with garlic and herb butter, black truffle croutons, and black truffles ($38)
- Vegetable truffle soup with chicken consomme, foie gras, poached chicken with mushrooms, carrots, celery, puff pastry, and black truffles ($25)
- Piedmontese tenderloin carpaccio served with watercress, shaved asparagus, red wine dijon mustard, parmesan cheese, and white truffles ($32)
- Grilled Creekstone Farms petite filet served with fried bone marrow, roasted cipollini onion, baby carrots bordelaise sauce, and black truffles ($70)
- White truffle ice cream with a goat cheese caramel sauce ($12)
- Black truffle milli feuille with vanilla ice cream and pear sorbet ($14)
