The Rampart Casino will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on Wednesday, March 17 with dining specials at the Promenade Café and Rampart Buffet.
St. Patrick’s Day Menus
Promenade Café will offer their special three-course St. Patrick’s Day Menu from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The lunch portion will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $6.99. The dinner portion will be served from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. for $7.99.
The first course will consist of Potato Leek Soup or Old-Fashioned Salad with Shanagarry Cream Dressing. The entrée will include a choice of House Cured Corned Beef Brisket featuring Tender Corned Beef Brisket, Steamed Cabbage with Parsley Butter New Potatoes and Baby Carrots or Shepherd’s Pie Skillet featuring Seasoned Ground Beef and Vegetables encrusted with Leek Champ Potatoes or Irish Stew featuring Tender Lamb in Broth with Baby Carrots, Pearl Onions and Potatoes seasoned with Emerald Isle Herbs and Spices served in a Potato Bread Bowl. Dessert will be a Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake with Irish Mist Whipped Cream.
Rampart Buffet will be having a special St. Patrick’s Day Menu from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. for $7.99 for lunch and $9.99 for dinner. The menu will feature Irish dishes such as Bangers and Mash, Irish Soda Bread & Scones, Irish Stew, Beef Shepherd’s Pie, Cottage Chicken and Mushrooms, Fish n’ Chips, Limerick Sausage Roll, Colcannon (Cabbage and Mashed Potatoes), Butter & Parsley New Potatoes, Champ with Crispy Onions, Steamed Cabbage, Baby Carrots, Buttered Broccoli, and Honey Mustard Ham. An assortment of pastries, cakes and pies will be served for dessert including: Apple Tart, Rhubarb Pie, Spice Cake and Mint Chocolate Ice Cream.
