Commonwealth will have Las Vegans jingling through the holiday season with its Mistletoe-Politan cocktail, a combination of gin, green chartreuse, cassis, lemon, pomegranate and angostura, garnished with rosemary; the Cow Flippin cocktail made with cognac, cacao, maple and cream topped with nutmeg sprinkles; and Thyme With G-Ma cocktail made with Balsamo, honey, lemon, apple bitters and soda, garnished with apple rings and fresh thyme.
Commonwealth will also keep guests warm on its rooftop with a chestnut roaster and the Sco-Tea Toddy, a combination of scotch, honey syrup, lemon, earl grey tea, orange swath and cloves.
Park on Fremont is making spirits bright with the S’more Coco Please cocktail made with 360 Madagascar Vanilla Vodka, toasted marshmallow syrup and hot coco topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbles; the Foggy Noggin Martini, made with Bacardi Spiced Rum, Ellis Island’s eggnog, cinnamon and nutmeg magic dust; and the Nightmare on Xmas, a holiday-inspired mulled sour made with barrel aged cherry sour, maple syrup, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, cardamom and sliced orange.
