Join B.R. Guest Master Mixologist Eben Klemm, Corporate Executive Chef Scott Linquist and Roberto Hernandez, Executive Chef of Dos Caminos Las Vegas for a creative cocktail and cooking demonstration celebrating the restaurant’s two year anniversary.
Klemm, author of The Cocktail Primer: All You Need To Know To Make The Perfect Drink, will lead an interactive session on entertaining with cocktails. Participants will learn how to concoct creative drinks with tips and tricks for getting out from behind to bar to socialize and enjoy the party.
Chefs Linquist and Hernandez will demonstrate delicious dishes perfect for any fiesta, from bocaditos: little bites and starters to postres y dulces: pastries and sweets.
Class is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity and includes: Coffee, Mexican Hot Chocolate on arrival; signed copy of The Cocktail Primer by Eben Klemm, cocktail and cooking demo with question and answer session and a lunch tasting of demonstrated food items and two cocktails.
