Political Commentator Jon Ralston to be Keynote Speaker at April 8th Women In Communication Luncheon

This year, Nevada chooses a United States Senator, three United States Congress people, a Governor, numerous State offices, and many new seats on the District and Family Court levels in Clark County. The June 2nd Primary, and ultimately, Election Day on November 2nd, will decide the future of our great state.

Jon Ralston is the man our state turns to for political insight, and he will be our guest speaker at the next Women in Communication Luncheon, to be held on April 8, 2010 at 11:30 at Maggaino’s in the Fashion Show.

Jon is a political columnist for the Las Vegas Sun and In Business Las Vegas. He is the founder, creator, and brains behind The Ralston Report and The Ralston Flash, and currently is the host of “Face to Face”, seen locally on KVBC, and also seen via the Sunbelt Broadcasting Family of Television stations.

Jon has also been recently featured on national news networks and programs, giving his take and opinion on Nevada politics.

Mr. Ralston is a multi award-winning journalist, including two Electronic Media Awards from Women in Communication. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in English from Cornell University, and his Masters in Journalism at the University of Michigan.

Jon Ralston is an in-demand speaker and moderator, and will be hosting a discussion the evening after our luncheon at UNLV which will feature Howard Dean and Karl Rove.

This is a must-attend event for any Southern Nevadan who cares about our state. Come share lunch with, and hear the thoughts of Jon Ralston at our April 8th luncheon. RSVPs are a must at 991-9991.

This event is open to the entire public, so feel free to invite neighbors and colleagues.
