High Society at Nove Italiano in Palms Casino Resort Now Open

High Society opened this week at Nove Italiano inside Palms Casino Resort. The dayclub creates a posh atmosphere filled with life’s little luxuries in the middle of the afternoon.  High Society offers partygoers a place to mix and mingle among Las Vegas’ nobility while indulging in high-end libations, decadent dayclub menu and vivacious entertainment.

Upon entering, Nove Italiano will envelope guests in a complete sensory experience – from sophisticated interior décor, to aromatic food and thirst-quenching beverages, to the incomparable energy created by resident DJs Zen Freeman and Mark Stylz spinning on the turntables. Atop the Palm’s sky-scraping 51st floor, Nove Italiano’s guests will indulge in some of the city’s most spectacular views, and enjoy ever-changing exuberant entertainment, including roaming live musicians and a live painter offering complimentary tableside guest portraits.

A sumptuous feast set out on parade, the dayclub menu at High Society combines rich tastes and traditional favorites at various stations including the salad, fresh fruits, fish and frittatas station. Fare also includes warm items such as Italian sausage and pepper hash, crispy pancetta and chicken apple sausage, a variety of poached eggs served with crab cake, spinach and béarnaise sauce, pancetta, ciabatta, drizzled with a Hollandaise sauce or slow-cooked greens mixed with a fontina cheese fonduta. Other warm items include a variety of pizzas, Panini sandwiches and sliders. Guests can pair the dayclub menu with bottles of champagne from NV Duval-Leroy Rosé de Saignée Vertus for $99 to 2002 Louis Roederer Cristal Reims for $750. In addition, $99 half bottles of spirits will be available including Jack Daniels, Ketel One, Ketel One Citroen, Don Julio Blanco, Russian Standard and 10 Cane Rum.

Signature cocktails will also be available such as the PIMMP’S Cup made with Pimm’s, Hendrick’s Gin, cucumber, mint, strawberries and apple gastrique for $15 and an assortment of signature bloody Mary’s: Italian Mary, a blend of sundried tomato infused with Ketel One topped with a spiced rim and the Mango Mary, a combination of absolute mango and fresh lime; and Blood Harry, a mixture of vegetable infused Ketel One, bacon, beef stick, pickled vegetables trimmed with a bacon salt rim for $15. Other specialty cocktails priced at $15 each include peach, strawberry-passion fruit or mango bellinis, cantaloupe mimosa , High Society sangria and the passion fruit mojito.

High Society starts at 1 p.m. every Sunday at Nove Italiano inside Palms Casino Resort. The dayclub menu is $30 per person. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
