Via Brasil Steakhouse Offers a Romantic Getaway for Two this Valentine’s Day

Treat your loved one to a Brazilian getaway this Valentine’s Day as Via Brasil Steakhouse celebrates with delicious food, exotic Brazilian cocktails and a truly intimate dining experience.

Guests are invited to step into paradise this Valentine’s Day at Via Brasil with an interior inspired by the iconic Copacabana Beach, in addition to candlelight and flowers in celebration of this romantic holiday. Valentine’s Day at Via Brasil offers a prix fixe menu for $49.95 per person that includes the Rodizio dinner (selection of 18 meats, gourmet salad bar and sides), champagne and dessert including the chocolate fountain. Via Brasil also offers more than 1,500 wines from around the world served by the bottle and glass with an in-house sommelier to help make the most of your Brazilian dining experience. Specialty cocktails to sip this Valentine’s Day include the Brazilian Crush with fresh muddled blueberries, lime juice, Stoli Blueberi and rock candy syrup, and the Passion Fruit Caipirinha, a twist on the Brazilian classic with Brazilian Cachaça, fresh passion fruit and a touch of sugar.

A traditional, authentic Brazilian “Churrascaria” (steakhouse), Via Brasil Steakhouse features a gourmet salad bar, eighteen different kinds of meats, including “Picanha,” (Brazilian cut top sirloin), poultry and fish prepared on their custom-made “Churrasquerias” (rotisseries), all carved tableside, as well as delicious appetizers and decadent desserts. A vegetarian option offering a wide selection from the salad bar is also available.
