A Cappella Sensation Straight No Chaser Adds Stop at Paris Las Vegas Nov. 7

ATCO/Atlantic recording group Straight No Chaser will perform at the Paris Théâtre on Sunday, November 7th at 8pm. The one night stop in Las Vegas is part of their highly successful tour that has been playing sold out dates across the country since September. The show is jointly presented by Paris Las Vegas and AEG Live.

Originally formed more than a dozen years ago while students together at Indiana University, the male a cappella group has reassembled and reemerged as a phenomenon – with a massive fanbase, over 20 million views on YouTube, numerous national TV appearances, and proven success with two holiday releases, 2008’s HOLIDAY SPIRITS and 2009’s CHRISTMAS CHEERS. In an era when so much pop music is the product of digital processing and vocal pro-tooling, Straight No Chaser is the real deal – the captivating sound of ten unadulterated human voices coming together to make extraordinary music that is moving people in a fundamental sense… and with a sense of humor.

“WITH A TWIST,” the third full-length offering from the group released last month, marked their highest debut on the Billboard 200, at #29. The album also debuted at #6 on the Internet Albums chart, and at #15 on the Digital Albums chart. “WITH A TWIST” had the 5th largest pre-order in Atlantic’s history. The group celebrated the release of the album with an appearance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” where they performed a homage to ABC’s TGIF line-up.
