Before heading to REHAB, he met his group at SKYBAR. The Situation greeted the ladies on hand at REHAB celebrating the 4th and hit up the DJ booth for a birthday announcement with DJ Vice. A birthday cake was brought out for him.

Later at Vanity, cast members of VH-1’s show, You’re Cut Off Erica and Jaqueline made an appearance.
Guns N’ Roses guitarist Darren Jay Ashba walked into Vanity with nightclub partner, Jason Giambi. Ashba partied the night away at Vanity.
