Fernandez looked stunning in a signature Sugar Factory tank top as she posed for photos and shopped for a few sweet treats. A huge crowd of admirers gathered in front of Sugar Factory in hopes of catching a glimpse of the statuesque beauty from Venezuela.

The Miss Universe Couture Pop features a red, jeweled lollipop handle to commemorate Miss Universe’s work with HIV/AIDS organizations throughout the year. The Miss Universe Couture Pop will join Sugar Factory’s stacked roster of celebrity-designed Couture Pops, including current collaborators Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian, The Pussycat Dolls and Mel B from the Spice Girls.
