The Avett Brothers

Artist Info: Made up of brothers Scott and Seth Avett along with  Bob Crawford, this group’s music is a unique blend of folk, country, bluegrass, rock and pop.  These talented musicians are known to be highly entertaining and entice their audiences to sing along.  Their latest album I and Love and You includes the passionate songs “January Wedding,” “Ten Thousand Words” and the album’s title inspired song “I and Love and You.”

38 Special

Genre: Rock/Pop

Artist Info: Formed by neighborhood friends, Don Barnes and Donnie Van Zant, in 1975, 38 Special’s music appeals to a broad audience worldwide. Since the release of their debut album in 1977, the band has produced a string of successful albums, Top 10 hits and sold-out tours. Favorites include “Caught Up In You,” “If I’d Been The One” and the breakthrough hit “Hold On Loosely.”

Gretchen Wilson

Artist Info: Gretchen Wilson’s career has exploded since she first hit the country music scene. Her highly recognized song “Redneck Woman” hit number one on the Billboard country music charts and won her a Grammy in 2004. Other hits include “Here for the Party,” “When I Think About Cheatin’,” “Homewrecker” and “All Jacked Up.”  Wilson is known for having an “I am what I sing” mentality and shows off her take-no-bull, hard-working, partying country girl personality through her edgy but fun lyrics.

Artist Info:  Influenced by R&B heroes including Marvin Gaye, James Brown and Donny Hathaway, AWB has developed their own unique sound stemming from their Scottish roots. Hits include, “Cut The Cake,” “Let’s Go ‘Round Again” and mega-hit “Pick Up The Pieces.”  After almost 40 years together, since forming in 1972, AWB is still recording and entertaining audiences.

Three Dog Night

Artist Info:  Formed in 1968 by Danny Hutton and Cory Wells, Three Dog Night was successful from the start. Entering their 40th year they have had numerous hits over the years. From 1969 to 1974 no other band sold more records, concert tickets or had more Top 10 hits than Three Dog Night. Popular hits include, “Mama Told Me (Not To Come),” “Joy to the World,” “Black and White,” “Shambala” and “One.”
