Wolfgang Puck Hosts Special Cooking Demonstration Sept. 16 at The Venetian

As part of its Grazie loyalty program, The Venetian and The Palazzo are proud to present a unique cooking demonstration by world-renowned Chef Wolfgang Puck on September 16 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in The Venetian Showroom for loyal Grazie members. Grazie members will be able to watch one of the original celebrity chefs prepare dishes his way, as well as interact and ask questions during the demonstration.
Grazie has been an asset to guests who want to make the most of their Venetian and Palazzo experience. Members of this generous loyalty program are offered immediate access to exclusive packages and amenities, and invitations to select events and offers. Grazie’s program highlights one of these elite events with Chef Wolfgang Puck and the star power that can be afforded by Grazie members simply by signing up. The culinary showcase kicked off in June with Chef Mario Batali, who has restaurants at both The Venetian and The Palazzo.
After Chef Wolfgang Puck’s cooking demonstration – a three-course meal featuring Louie salad with shrimp, crab and lobster, Matsutake mushroom risotto with Liberty Farms duck breast and parmesan reggiano, and chocolate raspberry soufflé for dessert – Grazie members who attend are welcome to taste the dishes from the demonstration at Postrio Bar & Grill, which will offer a specially priced prix fixe menu for this occasion only.
To attend the cooking demonstration, Grazie members will be able to book a special package which includes tickets to the demonstration or present their Grazie card at the demonstration registration area for a ticket to the appearance (limited availability).
