Mandarin Oriental hosted An Evening with Denise Truscello on October 18, 2010 (Pictured above: Holly Madison and photographer Denise Truscello – Photo credit: Jacob Andrzejczak).
The event, held at the hotel’s Mandarin Bar celebrated the work of Las Vegas photographer Denise Truscello, whose photographs have graced the covers of Billboard Magazine, Variety, Hollywood Reporter and Paris Mach, and images have been seen worldwide, in magazines such as Time, Newsweek, W, Elle, Rolling Stone and People.

Truscello presented a showcase of her collections, ranging from high profile celebrities to human causes. In addition to photography, Truscello manages the local band Devilcar, who performed an acoustic set during the evening. Helping Truscello celebrate the occasion were celebrities Holly Madison, Peter Lik, Sarah Spiegel, Louis Prima Jr, Alicia Jacobs, Vince Neil and photographer Jerry Metellus.

Truscello has spent time covering human causes during such tragedies as 9/11, the L’aquila, Italy earthquake, and the Gulf oil spill. She has photographed personalities such as Hunter S. Thompson, Jim Marshall, Muhammad Ali, Kirk Douglas, Elton John, Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Cher, Holly Madison, President Obama, President Clinton, President George W. Bush and countless others, along with hundreds of bands.
