The festive libation, $15, combines HARLEM Liqueur, pumpkin pie filling, simple syrup, apple cider and pumpkin pie spice. O’Brien garnishes the mouth-watering cocktail with a dollop of caramel-infused whipped cream. Guests are invited to enjoy the HARLEMween for only $9 during Nove’s happy hour Monday through Friday from 6 – 8 p.m.
