2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover Model Bar Refaeli and John Legend at LAX

Bar Refaeli, who graces the cover of the 2009 Sports Illustrated annual swimsuit edition, joined other models from the issue at a Sports Illustrated party at LAX Nightclub in the Luxor ((Photo: © Erik Kabik/ RETNA/ www.erikkabik.com) .  

After stunning shutterbugs on the red carpet, Refaeli, Decker and fellow models headed inside where six-time Grammy award-winning recording artist John Legend lent his incredible talents to the celebration with an exciting live performance. The singer’s set, which included smash hits such as “Ordinary People,” “Save Room” and his current single “Green Light,” lasted nearly an hour and had party goers on their feet and singing along all throughout the club.

Afterwards, famed DJ Sky Nellor regained control of the turntables and spun for the crowd which comprised of other famous faces such as Holly Madison and Criss Angel and Carrot Top. Additional models featured in the 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition who joined in the festivities at LAX Nightclub were Anne V, Jessica Gomes, Hillary Rhoda, Cintia Dicker, Ariel Meredith, Jessica Hart, Jessica White, Jarah Mariano, Irina Shayk, Daniella Sarahyba, Julie Henderson and Kim Cloutier. 

The event is part of a weeklong “S.I. Swimsuit 24/7 From New York to Las Vegas” celebration for the swimsuit issue.

Four of the models, Jessica White, Kim Cloutier, Jessica Gomez and Esti Ginzburg, also signed autographs inside Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville at the Flamingo this afternoon.
