In addition to the regular menu, Executive Chef Jean Paul Labadie will be offering a special three-course Beaujolais Nouveau inspired dinner for the evening, in honor of this cherished wine ritual. This exceptional menu is priced at $39.99 (excluding tax and gratuity) and includes:

Idaho Rainbow Trout Rillette
Poached Idaho Rainbow Trout on Grilled Flatbread, Ratatouille
and Winter Greens tossed in a Parmesan Chive Dressing

Second Course
Traditional French Cassoulet

Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée
