The Venetian and The Palazzo are spreading holiday cheer and helping the Las Vegas community by decorating a holiday tree for Opportunity Village’s annual Magical Forest.
Featuring more than 2,000 berry sprays, silver ornaments, frosted snowflakes and polar bears, the 35-foot tree took eight hours for the Venetian and Palazzo floral team to decorate. This year’s Magical Forest season runs from November 20 to January and is open nightly at 5:30 p.m., closing Sunday through Thursday at 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m.
The floral team has also been hard at work preparing for the unveiling of the holiday décor at The Palazzo on December 8, which will have a cozy holiday theme. Last year’s decorations consisted of a 16-foot tall polar bear mother and six-foot tall polar bear baby, made entirely of 10,000 specially-developed “Polar Bear” white poinsettias and weighing approximately 5,000 pounds.
