Mayor Oscar Goodman to Flip Switch for Tree Lighting Ceremony at Fremont Street Experience

Fremont Street Experience will kick-off the holidays when Mayor Oscar B. Goodman flips the switch to light Las Vegas’ official Christmas tree. Standing just beneath the 12.5 million lights of the Viva Vision screen the 50-foot tree will be adorned with festive Christmas decorations. Promptly after the tree lighting Candy and the Canes will perform.

The official Las Vegas Christmas tree will be on display at Fremont Street Experience through the Christmas holiday. Candy and the Canes will dazzle audiences Thursdays – Mondays, staging three shows a night at 7:15 p.m., 8:15 p.m., and 9:15 p.m. on the 3rd Street Stage through Dec. 26.

WHEN: Wednesday, December 8
6 p.m. – Tree Lighting Ceremony
6:15 p.m., 7:15 p.m., 8:15 p.m. – Performance by Candy and the Canes
