The Red Rocker knows romance and Monday, February 14, his Cabo Wabo Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops will rock Valentine’s Day with a prix-fixe menu for two. For only $75, couples may choose from a variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts that will excite the senses.
To start the romantic evening, passionate patrons will have the choice of Ahi tuna ceviche featuring a chipotle shallot lime marinade, grilled chicken tostadita salad, shrimp with garlic chipotle butter and fresh cilantro or Cadillac cheese nachitos. Next the lovebirds may decide between lobster enchiladas with a brandy chipotle sauce, cilantro jalapeno chicken, a Baja Surf & Turf featuring a marinated New York Strip topped with large Cabo Wabo Tequila shrimp skewers or a carne asada platter with cumin-cilantro marinated grilled skirt steak and a chicken enchilada.
Lastly, the loving twosome will have the choice of a warmed chocolate brownie sundae or the trio flan with coconut, vanilla and sweet potato. All Valentine’s Day meals are paired with two Waboritas to wash down the feast.
