Chateau Nightclub & Gardens, Las Vegas’ newest luxury nightlife destination, will set a higher standard for nightclub entertainment on the Strip, opening at Paris Las Vegas Saturday, March 5.
Chateau’s grand opening will ignite Vegas’ nightlife scene with very special guest, six-time Grammy nominee and Platinum Selling Recording Artist, Drake. Special guest DJ Samantha Ronson will kick-off her Las Vegas residency with an enticing blend of Top 40, hip-hop and eclectic mash-ups. Also spinning, and making her Las Vegas debut, will be DJ Havana Brown, best known for opening for pop icon Britney Spears.
Spanning more than 45,000-square-feet and sprawled across two-stories, the high-energy nightclub and Parisian gardens will bring a new dimension to Vegas nightlife with its premium center-Strip location, breathtaking terraces and lavish decor. The only nightclub located directly on the Las Vegas Strip, Chateau’s outdoor gardens will showcase magnificent, open-air views for a nightlife experience unlike any other.
Designed by rising talent Amy Kim of AK DesignNETWORK, who has many impressive projects to her credit including a collaboration with Philippe Starck on the groundbreaking interior of the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, Chateau will stimulate club-goers of every caliber with three separate nightclub experiences. A one-of-a-kind ascending spiraled staircase will lead guests to Chateau’s second-floor entrance revealing an intricate interior inspired by elements of old world décor fused with modern French design. Saturated with dark shades of blue, fiery red accents and polished brass finishes, the fashion-forward design incorporates an abundance of mirrors throughout the 15,000-square-foot interior leaving traces of reflections across the bar tops, ceilings, moldings and railings. Ornate chandeliers and bundles of hand-made light fixtures inspired by antique grandfather globes will illuminate the nightclub, while rows of lavish VIP booths further enhance Chateau’s modern vintage feel.
Vaulted ceilings will accentuate a recessed dance floor which will offer prime VIP seating for an up-close experience of Chateau’s vibrant nightlife scene. The main focal point, a 10-foot-tall marble mantel fireplace, will contain the elevated DJ booth showcasing renowned DJs from high above the crowds as they spin an eclectic blend of house, dance, hip-hop and mainstream music. Behind the DJ booth, a magnificent LED screen spanning the length of the wall, will stream exciting audio/visual mash-ups as partygoers dance the night away.
Energetic music and vibrant scenery will lure guests onto Chateau Terrace where they will encounter a 10,000-square-foot balcony overlooking the famed Las Vegas Boulevard. The vibrant atmosphere will thrill guests with the liveliest party from two-stories above the Strip featuring an elevated DJ booth, over-sized VIP cabanas, a central Terrace Bar and two additional bars. Shades of aquas, greens and blues will complement garden-inspired features: signage created from lush hedges and elements of shrubs, greenery and vines adorning the spacious patio. Custom-designed furniture and a duel-sided fireplace will offer comfortable seating for VIPs and guests, while backlit images of Monet’s famous “Water Lilies” painting will inspire the look and feel of a garden pond.
A set of glass elevators will escort guests up to Chateau Gardens, an outdoor nightclub featuring beautiful greenery and luxurious cabanas, set to open full-bloom in spring 2011. Situated directly beneath Paris Las Vegas’ iconic replica of the Eiffel Tower, the 20,000-square-foot garden is reminiscent of a Parisian secret garden, with whimsical décor and lush landscaping. Adorned by thousands of lights strung throughout the setting and dozens of lampposts custom-designed to resemble trees, Chateau Gardens will offer a full nightclub experience under the stars with an exciting rooftop dance floor, four bars, high-energy lighting, a third DJ booth, VIP seating and an eight-foot-tall glass wall encircling the rooftop, displaying panoramic views from high above the Vegas skyline.
By day, Chateau Terrace will accommodate both the thirsts and the appetites of guests with Chateau Beer Garden, a Strip-side restaurant and bar open daily at 10 a.m. Guests will soak in Vegas’ gorgeous weather and extravagant views of the Bellagio fountains from the terrace’s luxury cabanas while enjoying a full bar featuring a selection of 20 draught beers, specialty cocktails and a French café menu serving an array of pizzas, salads, sandwiches and burgers.
