Napoleon McCallum, Director of Community Development for the Sands Corp. and Board President of the Las Vegas Urban Chamber of Commerce was there to introduce the new figure. Napoleon was also a former NFL football player. He played for the Raiders.

Rosita Chapman, Madame Tussauds Las Vegas General Manager, hosted the event and Will Edwards sang “Lift Every Voice and Sing” (the Black National Anthem). Will Edwards is the Events Coordinator at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas.
