Guests can dine in the café or soak up the glorious spring weather on the terrace, both with an amazing view of the lush Florentine Garden and Lake Las Vegas area.
Seating for Ravella’s Easter Champagne Brunch will be from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The cost is $42 plus tax and includes unlimited champagne and mimosas. Brunch sans champagne is $35, and the cost for children ages 12 and under is $16. To make a reservation, please call 702-567-4700.
Drawing from Ravella’s European-inspired surroundings, Executive Chef Charlie Hansji is introducing a menu that features brunch favorites along with Mediterranean-influenced dishes like lemon ricotta pancakes; prosciutto di parma with figs steeped in port; roast saddle of spring lamb with young peas, fava beans and fennel to make guests feel they’ve been whisked away to a colorful Italian village.
Brunch also will include a chilled seafood bar complete with oysters on the half shell, fresh shrimp and crab claws; a variety of seasonal salads and gourmet vegetable dishes including Ravella Caprese, asparagus with sesame dressing and fava beans with fennel; and classic brunch offerings like vegetable quiche and eggs benedict with ham hash croquettes. Fresh fruit, including a variety of sweet melons and berries, as well as homemade pastries and muffins also will be served.
Celebrate with the whole family and bring the children to devour all-time favorites like chicken tenders, mac and cheese and blueberry pancakes, sure to please even the pickiest of palates.
After a savory meal, guests can indulge their sweet tooth with Ravella’s “Chocolate Decadence,” which includes chocolate raspberry decadence, white chocolate cheesecake, chocolate fudge torte, chocolate mint cupcakes, chocolate ganache cupcakes, hazelnut espresso double-chocolate brownies, chocolate chip cookies, tiramisu and, the stars of the Easter baskets: chocolate bunnies and Easter eggs.
Following the meal, take the family to The Village Lake Las Vegas, located just steps from the resort, to continue the festivities. The Village will have an Easter Celebration from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., including an Easter Bunny, face painting, music and egg hunts. Egg hunts will take place every hour between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and cost $5 to participate; a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada.
