Dressed for a Vegas-style birthday bash in a silver sequined dress by Sherri Hill and nude pumps, the blonde beauty walked the red carpet smiling and posing for photographers and fans with her Make It or Break It co-star Josie Loren and her brother, Johnny and sister, Alaina, before heading upstairs to her VIP booth.

Inside the club, Scerbo and her entourage of 20 friends and family danced together on the banqutte at her VIP table. As the entire club sang Happy Birthday, the birthday girl was presented with a three-tiered pink and blue polka dotted birthday cake created by Sugar Factory American Brasserie.
