Dos Caminos Las Vegas Spices Up Menu with Spring Items

Taste buds will be tantalized as new menu items complement classic favorites at Dos Caminos Las Vegas inside The Palazzo.

Las Vegas Chef de Cuisine Roberto Hernandez and Corporate Executive Chef Scott Linquist have added a number of seasonal, fresh offerings designed specifically for the sin city outpost.

Kicking off the “Bocaditos”, or starters, portion of the menu are Beef Picadillo Empanadas with salsa de queso and picked red cabbage ($12). Next up are new ceviche additions: Shrimp Ceviche Sangrita ($12) and Octopus Ceviche ($11).

Joining the Especialidades De La Casa is the Ancho-Crusted Tuna with jicama apple slaw, crispy sweet potato, pistachios and pomegranate-chipotle salsa ($25) and Seared Scallops Yucateco with coconut rice, tropical fruit pico and passion fruit mojo de ajo ($26).

Rounding out the meal, new dessert offerings include Tropical Fruit Ceviche with mango-strawberry rioja sorbet and lime marinated tropical fruit ($7) and Tres Leches Flan, a Mexican caramel custard with mixed berry salsita ($7).

No meal at Dos Caminos is complete without a signature cocktail ($12), and new additions include the Yucatan Confetti, a tequila, mescal concoction topped with a pineapple-cucumber salad, the Strawberry Spyke and the Red Sunset, a hibiscus infused libation. For those who like it straight up, Dos Caminos features an extensive selection of tequila offerings by the shot, flight or bottle.

Dos Caminos Mexican Kitchen & Lounge inside The Palazzo has March Madness fever. The spacious lounge features televisions across the bar and boasts cabana tables with individual screens, making it the ideal place to watch the games.

Of course great sporting events need a menu to match. Dos Caminos has taken stadium favorites and upped the ante with a spicy Mexican twist. From Perros Calientes, jalepeno-chedder stuffed hot dogs, to the Final Four, a combo of Kobe Nachos, Chili con Papas Fritas, Dos Equis and shots of Corzo tequila, college basketball fans will be satisfied no matter the final score. The March Madness menu at Dos Caminos will be available in the lounge on game days through the championship game.

Dos Caminos Mexican Kitchen and Lounge at The Palazzo will turn up the heat on Tuesday, May 5th in celebration of Cinco de Mayo.
