U.S. Poker Tour’s American Poker Championships in Las Vegas

17

High-stakes tournament poker began in downtown Las Vegas at Binion’s way back in the early 1970’s. The U.S. Poker Tour is bringing poker back to it’s roots with the inaugural American Poker Championships, to be held November 3-20, 2008 at the world famous Binion’s Gambling Hall and Hotel.

Binion’s will also be offering special room rates for players during the event dates. Players can take advantage of these rates by calling the reservations line at 800-937-6537 and using the promo code “American Poker.” This series of events will include Hold Em, Stud, Razz, Omaha, and H.O.R.S.E. We also have two ladies events, The Rising Stars Championship (for players ages 30 and under), a casino employee’s event, and The Senior Championship (for players ages 55 and up).

The complete list of events for The American Poker Championships are available on our website Events Calendar. Simply find the calendar on the homepage and go to the month of November for the list of events.
