Sunday night at TAO and LAVO capped off a celebrity packed weekend, with Avril Lavigne, Matthew McConaughey, Marisa Miller and Jamie Foxx making appearances at their favorite clubs and restaurants (Pictured above: Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves at TAO – Photo Credit: Al Powers).
Starting the day off, Avril Lavigne took a cabana at TAO Beach. The rocker was joined by friends for Grey Goose cocktails and a beautiful Vegas day. Avril and her best friends had fun putting some fake TAO Beach tattoos to go along with her real ones. After a few hours there and a quick change, the crew returned to enjoy dinner at LAVO for the second night in a row, loving LAVO’s new Italian menu. After dinner they made their way to the club where they rook a table on the stage in a secluded corner where they could party and let loose. They especially loved the sax player that came out to play along with DJ Vice.
For the 4th night in a row it was celebrity central at TAO, and an eclectic group it was. After the ACM awards the stars poured in. First to arrive were Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves. Matthew, in classic good ole boy attire was in stark contrast to Camila’s skin tight black satin dress with sheer cutouts in all the right places.
Shortly after their arrival, Victoria’s Secret supermodel Marisa Miller, looking stunning in a one of a kind Dolce and Gabbana cream gown made especially for her, made an entrance with her husband and a few friends. They joined Matthew and Camila for dinner, having all just met at the CMA Awards it was clear they were becoming fast friends.
Last to arrive and on the heels of Saturday night’s surprise performance at TAO was Jamie Foxx. As always, the Academy Award winner came with a large entourage of family and friends, but this was an extra special night as he had his 15 year old daughter with him, having just treated her to a very special day at the award show. They sat just across from Matthew’s group and while he made sure to stop by and chat with them, his main focus was clearly spending quality with his daughter and family as this was her first visit to Las Vegas.
