Actor, singer, dancer, and Broadway veteran, Rick Faugno is moving his one man show, “Body & Soul” to Friday nights in Shimmer Cabaret at the Las Vegas Hilton beginning Oct. 21, 2011.
While still performing as Frankie Valli in “Jersey Boys,” Faugno began spreading his wings and collaborating with some of the most talented musicians in Las Vegas. In May 2011, Faugno debuted his one man show, “Body & Soul” at the Las Vegas Hilton. His final performance as Frankie Valli in the Tony award-winning show, “Jersey Boys” was Oct. 9.
“Every artist has to do new things and challenge themselves in new ways,” stated Faugno. “I’ve had an amazing career so far and will miss ‘Jersey Boys’; however, I’m truly excited about my new show, ‘Body & Soul’ at the Las Vegas Hilton. It encompasses my early stage influences and my original work in music and dance. I look forward to performing for Friday night audiences.”
“We are proud to have Rick Faugno’s ‘Body & Soul’ one man show move to every Friday night in Shimmer Cabaret,” stated Rick White, the Las Vegas Hilton’s vice president of brand marketing and entertainment. “With Rick’s authentic and energetic delivery, and New Classic Vegas style, we feel Friday night is a great lead into a weekend of entertainment. We are proud to call him a Las Vegas Hilton headliner.”
