Society Café Encore Sets the Mood with Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Menu

The menu begins with three appetizer choices: lobster bisque with puff pastry; chilled seafood pairing with crab salad and shrimp cocktail; or roasted and shaved beet salad with arugula, poached pears, spiced pecans, and goat cheese fritters. Entrée choices include roasted Jidori chicken breast with truffle mashed potatoes, white balsamic yellow and green beans and roasted chicken jus; roasted herb crusted sea bass with fingerling potatoes, and winter greens; or surf and turf featuring filet mignon and a butter-poached lobster with a lobster croquette and asparagus. For the finale, a sweet tasting for two: brulee cheesecake; mini donuts; and “Oreo” ice cream sandwiches.

“We strived to create a menu that will arouse the senses and help set the mood for a memorable romantic meal,” said Canteenwalla.

The prix fixe is $120 per couple, and includes a champagne toast. Tax and gratuity are additional.
