M Resort Spa Casino is adding Major League Baseball to the growing roster of sports available for in-running betting at the M Resort’s state-of-the-art Race and Sports Book. In-running enables the casino’s guests to bet on live sporting events before and throughout the event.
Further, following the success of in-running during the first two races of the Triple Crown – the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness Stakes – the M Resort will be offering in-running betting during the upcoming Belmont Stakes on June 6.
In-running was launched at the M Resort in March of this year for the NCAA championship and has been running throughout the NBA playoffs.
The first in-running bets during MLB games occurred over the Memorial Day weekend, with guests able to bet throughout the Seattle Mariners-Oakland A’s game, as well as during the Los Angeles Dodgers-Colorado Rockies face-off. Cantor Gaming’s in-running technology enabled guests at the M Resort’s Race and Sports Book to place bets at any time, from the start of the game, right up until the end, on wagers such as the game outcome; the over/under of total runs; and at the top of each inning, on whether either team would score during that inning.
