TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino will celebrate Thanksgiving with an indulgent holiday feast prepared by Executive Chef K.C. Fazel on Thursday, Nov. 22 (Pictured: Tender Pumpkin Pie).
Priced at $49 per person, the three-course dinner begins with a choice of Butternut Squash Ravioli made with sage maple reduction and pickled ginger; Garden Greens Salad, a mixture of baby greens tossed with Persian cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, fennel, radish and black currant balsamic vinaigrette; or Pumpkin and Fuji Apple Soup, a combination of roasted pumpkin, apples and apple cider reduction.
The main course will feature slow-roasted American Heirloom Organic Turkey with dried fruit and foie gras sourdough stuffing topped with sage giblet gravy. Classic accompaniments including fresh cranberry orange relish, sweet potato puree with maple butter, braised Brussels sprouts with garlic, and green beans in spicy almond oil will be served family style.
Guests may choose from three decadent desserts to end their meal. The Caramelized Pumpkin Maple Pie, served with ginger snap crust, pumpkin seed Chantilly and maple vanilla sauce; Pennsylvania Dutch Apple Tart with oatmeal apple chip crumble top and cider caramel sauce; and Eggnog Crème Brûlée with rum whipped cream all capture the essence of the season making any choice a sweet finale to a Thanksgiving feast.
The elegant 12,000-square-foot restaurant features warm cherry wood walls and soft mood lighting for an upscale dining experience. Highlighted by leather seating and antler-crusted chandeliers, the interior offers guests a luxurious ambiance combined with a classic and intimate feel.
