The Salted Lime is the newest happy hour hot spot in North Las Vegas offering south of the border flair with a Las Vegas twist. Hailing from California, Chef George was born with a cooking spoon in his mouth — both of his parents were chefs. His natural passion for the trade and hands-on experience led him to the Cheesecake Factory in California where he was the Corporate Chef for 17 years before making the move to Las Vegas to open the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. He continued to flourish at the Venetian followed by the Red Rock Casino and Hotel. Chef George is thrilled to call Aliante his new home.
